MEET THE FOUNDER

Kike Oniwinde Agoro

Kike Oniwinde Agoro is the Founder and CEO of BYP Network, a platform dedicated to transforming and advancing the careers of Black professionals. As a student, Kike was labelled 'rare' due to being a Great Britain athlete at one of the top universities in the world whilst working for top investment banks. However, the lack of diversity in the workplace made her feel like she didn't belong and didn't understand the 'standard' needed as a Black person to enter the world of work. Since then, Kike has broken many ceilings to ensure that BYP Network 'changes the Black Narrative' by upskilling Black talent, educating allies and amplifying opportunities. Kike is a Forbes 30 under 30, BBC 1Xtra Future Figure and Computer Weekly Top 10 Woman in Tech. BYP Network boasts a global community of over 150,000 members, 20 chapters including Dubai, New York and Melbourne and global companies including Apple, Google and TikTok.
